| The KSPO gymnastics , developed by KSPO in 1999, is being distributed through schools and broadcast media. It combines music from Korea's traditional labor song melody with the motions of Taekwondo, our traditional martial art, and our traditional mask dance. The workout can be enjoyed by anyone anywhere regardless of places, gender and ages. |
